Player retention and customer loyalty solutions specialist Enteractive has announced the signing of a deal that will see it provide the online casino at Jetbull.com with a range of bespoke services targeting customers in Austria, Germany, Sweden and Finland.

Malta-based Enteractive revealed via a Wednesday press release that the agreement means that it will now begin handling all of the domain’s live chat, e-mail and social media functions for the selected markets. It stated that these are to be provided around-the-clock in native languages and incorporate various licensing requirements such as the ability to flag potentially vulnerable players.

Mikael Hansson, Chief Executive Officer for Enteractive, described the deal as ‘a significant agreement’ before declaring that his firm will now be able to help Jetbull.com ‘to improve loyalty and the lifetime value of players’.

“As part of our service, Enteractive’s support staff has undergone thorough training to understand Jetbull.com’s brand, culture and demographics to ensure that the operator can focus on other areas of the business,” read a statement from Hansson.

Licensed by authorities in the United Kingdom, Malta and Curacao, Jetbull.com went live in 2007 and currently offers a selection of over 2,000 online casino games as well as a sportsbook with markets on a considerable range of sports. Its Chief Executive Officer, Viorel Stan, proclaimed that he was ‘thrilled’ to have inked the recent customer support deal with Enteractive and was ‘really impressed with the early results’ of its new partner’s initial player engagements.

“Providing excellent support to our players is a high priority for us and with the help of Enteractive, which is highly skilled in this area, we are very confident it will lead to improved customer loyalty,” read a statement from Stan.
